    MSN PROBLEMS?

I received an email from STEVE, Progressive Pilgrim, who said this:
I'm finally trying to getting around to returning some visits. I got to your space, read several entries, and then attempted to leave a comment on one of them.
It locked my system up! That has not happened since I switched to broadband. I had to unplug the cable modem, replug, and then also reboot my system.  Yours is the ONLY space I have had trouble with so far, and I have visited about 20 today so far. I remember having this problem once before trying to leave a comment for you, and I assumed at the time that it was ME, or rather my crappy old machine and software.  That definitely is NOT the case now however.
SOOOO.....is anyone else having trouble with my space?  If you cant leave a comment, send me your reply in an email.  THANKS

I was listening to the radio and heard an ad for the new movie "The Break Up", starring Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn.  In this clip, J shouted to V..."We were on vacation".  This sounds very similar to an episode of Friends, where Ross shouted to Rachael...."We were on a break".  Even though I havent seen the movie, and probably wont, I can still have my review.  I think that movie is just a long 105 minute episode of Friends.  You can subsitute Ross and Rachael, and have the same effect. I'll give it a 1/2 a beer.

The last I checked, our President of the United states gets a salary of $400,000, but after his term is over, the skies the limit.
Life after the White House has proved lucrative for former President Clinton, who made nearly $7.5 million in speaking fees last year and sometimes got as much as $350,000 for a single appearance. Clinton made a staggering $650,000 for just two appearances in two days before major gatherings in Canada by motivational speaker Tony Robbins, according to the financial disclosure report filed Wednesday by his wife, New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.
The 42nd president made 42 paid appearances around the globe. Gold Service International, a Bogota-based business development group, paid Clinton $800,000 for four days of appearances in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil last June. In September, he received $125,000 for appearing via videoconference from New York.

For those who have asked, there is no progress in Yu Yi's immigration.  The paperwork is still in the United States.  I was told the process has been taking 3-4 months in the US, and then another 3-4 months in China after the paperwork is forwarded to China.  I mailed my paperwork in early March.

I think its time for a new law, and no explanation is needed.

IIWK....No fliers shall be left on anyones windshield or front door of home.

Have a great weekend and I'll see everyone on monday.

    HEY KT, Happy Father's Day!

I did, (as you know) have problems getting into your space for a long time. Now I don't have a problem, and I'm not sure why, but I'm glad I don't. Now, Cheryl's space (Photonut) for some reason I can't get in there at all!!!!! Drives me crazy! (HI CHERYL!)

It pisses me off to no end the kind of money politicians etc can make(legally and illegally).

I hope that that Queen Rose's paperwork gets take care of soon. BIG HUGS, Steph

HEY! It's nice to know that some people just remain blof friends forever. Having a happy Father's day? Is it really 106 degrees? Holy bageejus! Hmmm, that's still better than winter weather. I was made for warm weather. You know, I had a rottie that hated the water. He was afraid but my minpin loves his little baby pool. I always thought all dogs could swim...but not since I read your comment on greyhounds sinking!

flyers left...does that include handwritten notes left on several windshields in front of a house in a cul-de-sac that weren't blocking any driveways, but considered us a nuisance because there were many of us celebrating a high school graduation at the home of the grandparents who happen to have a pool?  And the little twerp wouldn't even answer his door when the grandparent went over to apologize.  Wimp.  ~manical laughter here~  He was probably upset that he wasn't invited...

Anyway - hope you're having a great weekend!

That is just awful the amount of time that it's taking for Yu Yi's paperwork. You'll be married a year before she gets there. I'm not having any problems with MSN right now, but I was. Hopefully it's all fixed. I went to Rosebay's site and looked at the Hamburg pics and LO AND BEHOLD there was a familiar face in there...lol. Was that a get together for internet friends?? Hugs....Diane.

The only time I had trouble leaving a comment was when MSN first update and then I couldn't leave one on any one site..

I think your a mean King.. To come over and tell me you paid $10.00 for a slider insert and then that same day sold it for $70 after I paid 154.99 for it on sale.. Mumm Bad King.. !! lolo

I foster Greyhounds for a rescue group In Gresham Oregon where the race track is. And they are great dog/pets. But you have to teach them every thing from going up the steps to no eating a  whole package  of bread wrapper and all off the counter. lol. BUT laid back is very true. I am not sure they can't swim I think it something there never do in there life time and may flounder a while before getting it. I am ok with racing them but I am not ok with how they get ride of them when they no longer can race or be used for breeding..

No probs (well, with the spaces)! I saw The Break Up and liked it. Vince Vaughn's character is much more macho than any of the metrosexuals on Friends. Ha!!

Yeah, ol' Bill Clinton is making a bundle. Wonder if he's paid off all his lawyers yet...  And, while he's going global with the speaking engagements, do the taxpayers pay for his security? I know we provide Secret Service for all the presidents until they die, but I would think traveling to another country would mean extra security, right? That just corks my butt!

King it has been happening to me and the Queen & several other people for the last two days "not responding"  Sorry about the paperwork taking so long my friend went thru that recently and it did take longer than they said.  (Sorry) has she ever been to the states?  I think the Queen told me she knows you went there.   I hope you enjoy your yard sales this week-end and find some great buys.  :)
