Better late than never. I wont go into details, but my hiatal hernia symptoms have been terrible this week, so I haven't been doing much at all with this blog, writing or visiting. And yesterday, MSN spaces was probably down for 12 hours. I dont know what to write today, I'll just wing it on the fly. I usually write it the night before and save it as a draft.

Are you ready for some football???? I AM. Good game last night, it kept me entertained. I am again in the same football pool. Its a confidence pool, no point spreads, just pick the winner and assign points. The team you think has the best chance of winning, you give 16 points to. The team with the least chance of winning, is given one point. I dont use any brain cells while filling out the pool, I always pick all the home teams. The home team that is favored by the most points, is always given 16 pts. The home team that is underdog by the most points, is given one pt.

And for the 2nd straight year, I have a fantasy football team. I have a feeling I'll be near the bottom of the standings when all is said and done.

2 weeks until the first MSN Space Convention. For those of you on the official list, please let me know if you are still attending. Paula has a list on her site of people who are confirmed, I hope it is accurate. Send me an email if you have any questions.

Phoenix police, on Wednesday, arrested a man in connection with the rape of 2 sisters last year. This incident was connected to the "serial Baseline Killer" who has been terrorizing the area for the past year. He may or may not be the killer, but everyone has their fingers crossed.

And as I type this entry, the national news is reporting on the sighting of Bucky Philips in SW New York. All the major news stations are now covering this. He was spotted on a golf course and shots were fired. The authorities are trying to surround the area, and once this is done, they will slowly move in on this dangerous man.

Who can answer this movie trivia question? 2 future(when it was made) governors appeared in the same movie together, what was the name of the movie?

I have a couple of websites that I check every week before setting my lineup, and last year (my 2nd year too), I won my division, and made it to just one game out of the super bowl. :) Of course, my team's losing today.. so don't listen to me. lol Packers did horrible today. Next week I'll be at Lambeau when Reggie Bush runs all over the field. It should be fun to watch no matter how badly we lose the beer still tastes good! Megadeath headlined, but I enjoyed Lamb of God so much better. As for my shoes...since we had reserved seats and there was not way I would be down in the mosh pit, I opted for the dark bronze strappy shoes. Okay, which one of us i the none with shoe fetish! 	Pete Lustiga écrit : Hey, King - I had those hiatal hernia effects really badly. Some nights I thought I would strangle. So I talked to doctors about it and they said don't overeat and raise the head of your bed. No success. Neither did gulping a lot of Maalox at bed time do the job. Since I have been married to Penny the symptoms have completely gone away. What is different? I am having supper much earlier. I eat smaller portions. Penny prepares foods that aren't likely to trigger the symptoms. Also, I am limiting my cocktail time intake to one large martini, Love beer but it is pretty acid. So I limit that. Sorry, Penny is taken. I suppose you have tried all those things. But I had to give you these thoughts. 9 Sept.
